Instructions

Overview

Use this form to login to the Reminder and Notification screen. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one.

Detailed

  • To begin, enter your EMail Address and Password.
  • Since this sets up your account to receive EMail notifications, you need to put in your real EMail address.
  • If you are creating a new account, click on the Create New Account button, otherwise click on the Login button.
If you don't remember your password, you can click on the provided link. Your password will be reset to a new value, and an EMail will be sent to you with a link that will allow you to change your password to a new value.

To MODIFY or DELETE items from the Calendar:
1. PLEASE only request changes that are ESSENTIAL (we're swamped).
2. Send an email to BigBlueCalendar@Yahoo.com
3. Be sure to include the DATE and LOCATION of the meeting you are referring to.
4. Clearly describe what you need to have changed.
5. For extensive changes, just ask to have the meeting deleted, then resubmit.
6. Please be patient and ALLOW 24 HOURS for changes to appear.


To SEARCH the Calendar:
Looking for meetings by a specific presenter or team? meetings in Spanish? Women's meetings? etc?

1. CLICK HERE or on the MAGNIFYING GLASS icon at the top of the page (these instructions will still be visible here)...
2. Enter the words you want to search for (Women, Spanish, Domingo, etc).
3. Click the "All Fields" button.
4. Verify the date range you want to search.
5. Then click SEARCH.
6. You will see all events on the Calendar that contain the words you searched for.
     They will show up in List form. Just click any event to get the details.
     NOTICE: this will bring up ALL listings that contain the search words in ANY context.
